# PdfAPI.SyncFusionCore dependencies

`PdfAPI.SyncFusionCore` has exactly one internal (repository) dependency — `PdfAPI.Core`, for request/result contracts — and otherwise depends on the Syncfusion 18.3 PDF SDK for its conversion engines and on the SAIF framework for logging, environment, and exception-detail services. Several referenced packages carry no source-level usage and appear to be inherited from a shared reference set rather than required by this library.

## Dependency risks and notes
- This library makes no outbound HTTP/API calls; it is a class library invoked in-process by the
  hosting `PdfAPI` Web API.
- The `Pdf.Local.Client` nuspec (`Scripts\Pdf.Local.Client\Pdf.Local.Client.nuspec`) declares
  Syncfusion dependencies at 17.4.0.46 while the project builds against 18.3.0.53; a consumer restoring `Pdf.Local.Client` receives Syncfusion assemblies a major version behind what `PdfAPI.SyncFusionCore.dll` was compiled against.
- The nuspec declares an `iTextSharp` 5.5.11 dependency, but this library references no
  iTextSharp assembly and uses no iTextSharp type; `PdfProcessorType` in `PdfAPI.Core` still lists an `iTextSharp` member, so the dependency likely belongs to a processor implementation outside this package's file list.*
- The nuspec does not declare the `SAIF.Framework.Core` / `SAIF.Framework.Common` dependencies
  that this library requires at run time (`ILogService`, `IEnvironmentService`, `ApplicationExceptionDetail`, `SAIF.Common.Extensions`); a consumer of `Pdf.Local.Client` must supply those packages itself.
- Six referenced packages (`Autofac`, `FluentValidation`, `log4net`, `RestSharp`,
  `SAIF.Web.API.Clients`, `SAIF.HashUtil`) have no corresponding usage in this library's source and appear to be carried over from a shared reference set; their necessity at run time is unconfirmed.**
- The `app.config` assembly binding redirects (target version `18.3460.0.35`) are lower than the
  Syncfusion/RestSharp versions actually referenced (`18.3460.0.53`, `106.12.0`), so the file appears stale relative to the current package set.*
- The embedded Syncfusion license key in `LicenseHelper.cs` is annotated for version 17.4 while the
  build references Syncfusion 18.3; whether that key remains valid for the 18.3 runtime could not be determined from source.**
